first understand this IS only FOR WINDOWS OS not for MAC..
what is unlock = you can use any network sim card on your idevice
what is jailbreak = you can install any cracked app also cydia apps too.
it wont affect your device , your warantee never get void. if need old setting you can Restore using original setting by using itune..
1. Make sure you have newest verison of iTunes.
2. Upgrade using iTunes
3. Download blackra1n from blackra1n.com
4. (after done upgrading) Close iTunes.. also goto to your task manager close all iphone/ipod related process..
5. Run blackra1n and click make it ra1n
6. When in recovery mode close iTunes again and blackra1n
7. Open blackra1n again and click make it ra1n again
8. After reboot go into blackra1n on spring board (never restore from backup in itunes)
9. Install Cydia (make sure you have internet wifi)
10. Open Cydia after it closes and confirms it works then do 11
11. Delete blackra1n on springboard (open it and tap uninstall).
